Of course, I predicted it!

First - let me refresh every one's memory.
We have 2 miniature pincher's (roxanne, T-Rex) and 1 border collie/pit bull mix (Rita). So when Dylan begged us for a puppy as a birthday present and when he promised he would take care of it and take it with him when he moved out . Tim and I figured since he was turning 24 years old (age appropriate for responsible accountability) - we believed him and got him a puppy for his 24th birthday last year - A male Jack Russell - his name is Odie.
I really didn't think it would make a big difference in our life. Since we already had 3 dogs - Hey ... we were experienced with dog control - what's one more? However, I should've "got the hint" when we took him to the vet for his shots .. and the vets instant reaction was "you have 2 min pins AND a Jack Russell! ... what are you .... crazy?
Jump forward to today - one year later -
Dylan moved to Oregon - guess who's got Odie? Yup we ARE crazy!
Never, in my entire life have I ever been so wonderfully challenged by anyone or anything except now!
