Get set 1-1/2...1-3/4...

So they cancelled that Monday appz'l because they didn't like the price .... and they took a whole week to decide that they couldn't find a cheaper price anywhere else ... so they went back to the first mortgage company they started out with. The appz'l guy came yesterday ...
After opening the escrow on April 12th, we finally actually heard from the title company on Saturday April 30th (so much for that famous 24 hour turn-around statement they make)
I've bought and sold a lot of houses in my time .... I should've known Oregon would be the "lethargic" state. Company's here can't seem to get anything done earlier than two or three weeks down the road. Tim's dad even had to wait 3 weeks before he got his triple by-pass. Oh .. the new name for Medford is now called "Meth-ford". I'm not making that up ...

Oh, I though Carson City was the Meth capital of the country. You won't be gaining much by moving away to near Fairfax. Let me know if I am wrong, Angie, but I see on the news that MS13 has a real hold on that area and so does the meth trade.

Oh yea, I thought Carson City was the meth capital. We really have a problem here too. Correct me if I am wrong, Angie, but I think you won't be moving away from that problem. The news has featured the DC and Fairfax area recently on how bad the meth is there too.

It is so sad all the drug issues. When I worked for Cache, a lady who worked next door at Bailey Banks and Biddle discovered that her 15 year old daughter was addicted to Meth...It is quite a problem here in Reno as well I guess. Too sad!!
